Florence Dore is a rocker at night and a professor during the day at UNC Chapel Hill.

 

She recently released her second album, Highways & Rocketships.  Not only that, but she also released her book, INK IN THE GROOVES: Conversations on Literature and Rock ‘n’ Roll.

Dore will be performing and telling stories at The Beachland Tavern on March 26.
