Ohio's Hard Rock and Tattoo Festival is set to return to the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio on September 10-12.

Although the lineup has yet to be announced, the promoters assure that "Ink will adhere to all COVID protocols that get put in place for summer outdoor events & are committed to ensure the safety of our fans, bands and crew.  We currently plan to operate at limited capacity pursuant to anticipated local and state health restrictions."
