Bringing 3 Great
Stadium Shows To PNC Park In August
If you like rock and roll music, Pittsburgh is the place to be in August. Four acts that are members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will be playing at PNC Park over the course of four days.
Billy Joel kicks off the weekend early on Thursday, August 11. Even though Joel has not released new music in over twenty years, his catalog is so vast, he really doesn't need to. The "Piano Man's" tickets start at $99.50 and can be purchased here.
The next day, August 12, The Stadium Tour featuring Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett rolls into town. It's the best of the 1980s hard rock bands rolled into one show. Def Leppard and Joan Jett have already been inducted into the Hall of Fame and there is a lot of push for Motley Crue to be inducted, perhaps next year. Tickets start at $111.00 and can be purchased here.
Finally, the weekend comes to a close on Sunday, August 14 with metal masters, Metallica. These Hall of Famers are bringing up and comers Greta Van Fleet and Ice Nine Kills along for the ride. Resale tickets are available starting at $175 and can be purchased here.
So buy the tickets, book the hotel room and rock out in Pittsburgh for an extended weekend!
