Kiwi Pop Quartet The Beths To Rock Akron's Musica

New Zealand quartet The Beths, fresh off a sold out show at Cleveland's Beachland Ballroom back in March, is making a return to the North Coast with a stop at Akron's Musica on July 8th.

The Kiwi rockers, sporting a guitar-driven, fresh pop sound, are on tour in support of last year's drop Future Me Hates Me, a delightful little cornucopia of tunes, would have fit anywhere on the soundtrack of a John Hughes movie if they had been around twenty-five years ago.

Led by frontwoman Elizabeth Stokes, the foursome came together at the University of Auckland in 2015.  Their vocal harmonizing, allowing all four of the band mates' voices to blend harmoniously into one, is a hallmark of their sound.

They'll take the stage on Monday with support act Girl Friday in tow.
