Gorillaz Are Coming To
Rocket Arena 

Gorillaz will bring their genre-blurring blend of alternative rock, hip-hop, electronic music and pop to Cleveland’s Rocket Arena on Tuesday, October 6.  The virtual band’s live presentation promising a multimedia experience as much as a traditional concert. Led by co-creators Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett, Gorillaz have spent more than two decades creating an ever-changing musical universe built around animated characters, guest performers and songs that cross musical boundaries. The Cleveland performance will feature Gorillaz at Rocket Arena with Little Simz and Deltron 3030 also on the bill.

Fans can expect a set drawing from Gorillaz’ extensive catalog, potentially including such favorites as “Clint Eastwood,” “19-2000,” “Feel Good Inc.,” “DARE,” “On Melancholy Hill,” “Stylo” and “Dirty Harry.” The group’s concerts are known for combining live musicians with striking visuals and animated imagery, bringing the world of Gorillaz to life on a much larger scale. With Little Simz and hip-hop pioneers Deltron 3030 opening the evening, the Rocket Arena show should offer a wide-ranging night of music that reflects the adventurous spirit that has defined Gorillaz throughout their career.
