Three of the most influential female groups in music history will join forces when TLC, Salt-N-Pepa and En Vogue bring the “It’s Iconic” Tour to Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls on Thursday, September 10. The first-ever co-headlining tour featuring TLC and Salt-N-Pepa, with En Vogue as special guest, promises an evening packed with the R&B, hip-hop and pop sounds that helped define the 1990s. With all three groups sharing the same stage, the concert offers fans a rare opportunity to experience an incredible collection of music from an era when female artists were reshaping the sound and culture of popular music.

TLC will bring a catalog filled with some of the biggest hits of the decade, including “No Scrubs,” “Waterfalls,” “Creep,” “Unpretty” and “Ain’t 2 Proud 2 Beg.” Salt-N-Pepa should have the Blossom crowd on its feet with groundbreaking hip-hop anthems such as “Push It,” “Shoop,” “Whatta Man,” “Let’s Talk About Sex” and “None of Your Business.” Together, the groups represent two very different but equally important sides of the ’90s music explosion, with TLC’s melodic R&B and pop approach complementing Salt-N-Pepa’s pioneering blend of rap, attitude and infectious dance beats.

En Vogue adds another powerhouse element to an already impressive lineup. Known for their sophisticated harmonies and commanding vocals, the group has produced classics including “Hold On,” “Free Your Mind,” “My Lovin’ (You’re Never Gonna Get It)” and “Don’t Let Go (Love).” With the show scheduled for 7:30 p.m., Blossom Music Center should become a giant ’90s dance party as generations of fans sing along to songs that remain staples of R&B and hip-hop.
