The Sex Pistols and Frank Carter brought a little bit of anarchy to Cleveland last night. The Sex Pistols were supposed to play the Agora last October but had to cancel their tour because guitarist Steve Jones broke his wrist.

The band more than made up for the delay by blasting through their fourteen song set. Kicking off the show with "Holiday In The Sun," the band was off and running.

Guitarist Steve Jones, bassist Glen Matlock and drummer Paul Cook were very tight and singer Frank Carter did a more than admirable job of filling in for Johnny Rotten.

After the third song "New York," Carter told the crowd "We didn't come all the way to Cleveland for you to sit still. I know you're getting old and you don't have universal health care and being in the mosh pit is a risk." He then proceeded to get in the mosh pit and sing what he called the Sex Pistols best song "Pretty Vacant."

Other Sex Pistols classics like "Bodies," "God Save The Queen" and "Liar" were played in the middle of the set.

Carter once again addressed the audience by asking them to clear the mosh pit and have only ladies in the pit for "No Feelings." He said that girls wanted to feel safe and dance their ass off with out worrying about being groped. He declared "Because punk rock is for everyone!"

Having only released one studio album, the Sex Pistols had to throw in a couple cover songs. They played The Stooges' "No Fun," Paul Revere and the Raiders "I'm Not Your Stepping Stone" and Paul Ankas' "My Way."
The show came to an end with the punk rock anthem "Anarchy In The UK." leaving fans with smiles on their faces.
