W.A.S.P And
KK's Priest Coming
To The Agora

Heavy metal fans are in for a powerhouse night when W.A.S.P. brings its “1984 to Headless” tour to the Cleveland Agora on Thursday, October 15. The tour celebrates the early years of the band’s career, with front man Blackie Lawless and company revisiting the music from W.A.S.P.’s first four albums. Fans can expect a set packed with classics such as “I Wanna Be Somebody,” “L.O.V.E. Machine,” “Wild Child,” “Blind in Texas” and “The Headless Children,” along with the theatrical stage presentation that has been part of W.A.S.P.’s identity since the 1980s. The show begins at 7 p.m.

Joining W.A.S.P. is KK’s Priest, featuring former Judas Priest guitarist K.K. Downing and Akron legend Tim “Ripper” Owens on vocals. The band brings its own blend of classic British heavy metal and newer material, giving the evening an extra dose of guitar-driven intensity. With two veteran acts sharing the bill, the Agora show should be a celebration of traditional heavy metal, from W.A.S.P.’s theatrical 1980s anthems to KK’s Priest’s Judas Priest-inspired attack.
